★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary Hopkins is fantastic! I tore my MCL playing soccer and her treatment helped me achieve a speedy recovery. And her advice and support has been extremely helpful in helping me transition back into playing. Another bonus - there is ample parking at North Hill mall, so the clinic is easy and convenient to get to. I would highly recommend North Hill Physiotherapy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier this year I suffered from two painful conditions - one a shoulder and the other a foot problem - which threatened to interfere with my passion for hiking and snowshoeing. In my early 70s, I wasn't expecting miracles, but my past experiences with Mary at North Hill Physiotherapy gave me a lot of confidence that I'd be helped. After very thorough (and candid) examinations, I received both in-clinic treatments and regimens of exercises to do on my own between our follow-up sessions. The purpose of these were all fully explained, something the patient always appreciates. Happily, in both cases my physical improvement was steady. The environment at the clinic is professional, friendly and very encouraging, which really sets you at ease. There is no question that I shall continue to patronize North Hill Physiotherapy and highly recommend them to anyone.

Mary, Jacquie and Carolyn are all so welcoming and knowledgable, the front desk staff are all so sweet and make sure everything is clean and covid friendly, and they make sure everyone is so well taken care of. I've had to spend the majority of my year seeing them weekly or bi-weekly and even though it's a necessity for my health it's a treat going in to see them! I highly recommend checking them out for your physio needs. They are extremely professional, friendly and have a variety of services for acupuncture and physio. Anything you need, they have you covered and treat everyone with the utmost respect and care. I'm so glad that I took the chance and booked in with them, I'd never go anywhere else for physio after knowing how great this place is! Kudos to the team :)

She makes a patient feel very comforted! Makaila the receptionist welcomes you into the office with kindness and is excellent as well.

I went in with a bummed up shoulder and within the (limited!) amount of insurance coverage, she gave me exactly the treatment I needed to get my shoulder back into working condition. She gave me clear instructions on how to do my exercises and spent time giving me treatment when I was in - she knows what she's doing! Highly recommend.
