Happy with my new pair of Sorel winter boots! Prices are on par with big box stores but feel better about supporting local.

I found the service to be exceptional (especially Abdul). They know their products and are able to recommend what is best suited for me. They ensure that the fit is correct and take as much time as needed with each customer. Some of the shoes are a bit pricy but you pay for top quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have wide, square feet with high arches and it's really really hard to find shoes that fit my feet... so I was tremendously glad to see many styles and brands here that come in wide. Stanley was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about shoes for hard-to-fit feet, and helped me find multiple pairs that fit so that I had choices -- amazing! Thank you so much. I had nearly given up on ever finding shoes that fit properly. I'll be back when I wear these out and need to find replacements in the future!

He was friendly, helpful, and offered help with my insurance should they give me a hard time. My shoes fit very well, are very comfortable, and solve my problem. In addition, the price was right. I was in and out of the North Hill location in about 5 minutes flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to be nice and knowledgeable people but when it comes to manufacturing warranties they don't clearly give you. My wife bought a pair of shoes and within six months the siding loosened.
We thought there was a replacement warranty but they declined.
So I would say please make sure to have some written proof of warranties on your purchases as these are expensive shoes.

The staff were helpful but the one who helped me wasn't good at finding shoes. She came back a couple times saying they didn't have my size. Then while my friend was paying the other staff member for her shoes, I mentioned that I just wanted to try a pair on for size to see if I should come back later for the right color. This staff went back and got the shoes I was looking at, in the right size...
