★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and asked how much for dry cleaning for a kids coat they said about $12 I came down dropped off the coat and they wanted to charge $42 for a child’s black jacket with fur on hood. Almost 4 times as much. Waste of
Time.

I have had my shirts washed and pressed on a weekly basis for several years now and the service has always been top notch! Had minor alterations to pants, and shoe soles repaired as well. Always great service, and quick turn around time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact this place actually advertises they do alterations and cannot do a simple hem. Is ridiculous. I took my pants in on a Monday to be taken down in length. Said they’d be ready Saturday. Come back Saturday. She didn’t see they were there. Okay. Not a problem. They’ll be ready Monday. Come back Monday. Yep. They’re done. They were taken up! I said the paper clearly says to take the hem down as much as possible without putting in a false hem. “Do you want to try them on” she says. Maybe they’ll be okay! No! They were too short before. I promise you’ve made them shorter. They won’t magically fit. I look over the seam too and see it’s already pulling at the fabric. I said take them hem you put in out and make sure you haven’t ruined the pants. Because they’re $150 pair of dress pants. We agree I’ll come back in the pm.
I come back. And yes. She’s taken her hem out. PLUS THE FACTORY HEM! So not only did she not do what I asked for. But made my pants worse. Made them unwearable. Then. Says “I don’t understand” to everything I said. Total feigns all of a sudden has lost ability to understand English.
This is the most scathing review I’ve posted because. This is straight comical and ridiculous they actually state they can do alterations. When they can’t even do a simple hem. I left with my pants in worse shape and unwearable from when I went in.
