Before cleaning, I worked in business management and was used to solving customers' problems and always going above and beyond to create an amazing customer experience. While my work has changed, the underlying passion has remained the same—helping customers achieve their desired results and providing top-notch service. I noticed there was a need for cleaning services that offered amazing customer service, amazing cleaning and was community-focused. This isn’t a basic cleaning service—we never do a wipe and go. We’re known for thorough and detailed cleaning appointments, we don’t cut corners, we dust them. We have integrated social and environmental policies and we prioritize relationships with other local businesses and communities. Dustbusters supports a local economy that is sustainable, resilient and works for everyone.

We believe in using Eco-friendly products that are safe for you and your family. We make many of our own supplies using vinegar, baking soda, peroxide and essential oils. For the cleaning products that we don’t make, we always try to source from Canadian companies, and if it’s local that’s even better.

We hire and train our team with the utmost integrity. We only have cleaners that love what they do. We pay our team a livable wage because we believe that when everyone is taken care of, we all win.

We have prepared a very meticulous detailed COVID-19 response, including PPE for all staff, a 10-Point Disinfection Service performed at each visit, and additional health and safety training for all of our team. We are taking this as seriously as you are, and we’re proud of it.
