★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two years ago, I had my hair fairly damaged by a hair salon in my hometown. Haven't had my hair done in two years because the thought was so anxiety inducing. After tons of research, my mom and I decided to drive 800 kms to Calgary to see Jordan at Karma. I left the salon feeling happy about my hair, and feeling good about my hair for probably the first time ever. The whole experience was amazing — he was kind, knowledgeable, left me with tips and tricks to deal with my kind of hair. Heard what I was trying to do with my hair and was able to help me figure out exactly what I needed and what would look best on me. He walked me through every step of what he was doing, asked questions along the way to make sure I was still feeling okay about what we were doing with my hair. First time I have ever left a salon and cried happy tears. My hair looks absolutely beautiful, the lowlights are gorgeous, and feels better than it has in as long as I can remember. So happy with my choice to come all the way down south for this, and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was here! Alisha (I hope I’m spelling her name right) is the sweetest most loveable person… and she did an AMAZING job cutting my hair! I have always had a fear of going to the hairdresser because my vision tends to be ignored due to the stylist believing their vision is better for my hair type. I would normally leave the salon with about 4 inches less hair than I wanted and I’d immediately put it in a ponytail for the next 6 months until it grew out…. But today I left and immediately took some pictures with a GIANT smile on my face and sent them to my husband!
The salon is SPOTLESS and trendy, the beautiful girl at the front is so pleasant and courteous, and everyone there seems to love what they do and who they work with! I’ve never had a go-to salon or hairdresser… but I think I’ve found “the one”! Can’t wait to see Alisha again!!

She understands my hair and lifestyle/work style and was able to adapt a great hairstyle with those purposes in mind. I feel more confident wearing my hair out thanks to her cut and already making plans for a haircut/colour after I don't have to work in a mask(in health care)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of having Carrington cut and style my hair. She did an absolutely amazing job. I got home and my family was in shock as the cut looked so incredible. I would have say it was the best haircut and style I have had in 20 years. The staff is very attentive, and so pleasurable to deal with. The salon is so calm, clean and almost spa like. Will be returning for all my future cuts and colors. Forgot to mention the offer coffee and water as well. And the scalp massage so nice. Don't hesitate book today.
