★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment you walk into the main lobby of Brio you feel as if you are in a special place. Even more important, Mehwish and Alex welcomed us with warm smiles on our first visit to make us feel right at home.
My wife and I have been living at Brio for two weeks now and we are loving everything about this modern building. We have a fabulous two bed two bath with a spectacular view of Nose Hill Park in the distance. The oversized windows allow the unit to be flooded with natural light. Note: all units have oversized windows.
If security is high on your list of priorities, Brio's modern security features will make you feel very safe in all parts of the building. Many essential services are within a 5 minute walk of Brio. Add in the amenities of Brio and one can easily see there is good value in choosing Brio as your new residence.
My wife and I never hesitate to recommend Brio as an exciting place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been living in the Brio for 3 months now, and love living here. Mehwish and Alex (property managers) are 2 of the most friendly, helpful, courteous people. Our apartment is fabulous - a spectacular view of downtown Calgary. I feel like I am living in a very large luxury hotel suite , very modern lighting, floor to ceiling windows, soaker tub, beautiful appliances, all brand new. You know as soon as you walk into the foyer, you are in a very well maintained building. It is kept immaculately clean . Having Brentwood Village Mall right out our front door is a bonus. We really do not need a car. Every shop and restaurant we need is right here within walking distance. We are right beside Crowchild Trail, and we were worried there would be a lot of traffic noise. But, the building is built so well, very quiet in our apartment, and we do not hear the traffic at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have recently moved into the apartments and everything is very modern, clean, and spacious. Floorplans are varied and nicely designed, terrace, party room, and gyms are available. Beautiful views from several apartments. Incredible location. We dealt with Mehwish and she was an absolute pleasure every step of the way, and helped us get settled extremely quickly and with good value and incentives. Make Brio your next home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living on this place since last 6 months and I found this is the bestest place I’ve ever lived in Calgary. The management is an excellent - Abdullah and Mehwish an office managers are fabulous. They are very polite and friendly in handling the situation and answering questions. Always available with a quick response. Overall this building is best in all aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can only agree with the previous review. You get promised that Brio is not like other buildings they will still care and be responsive after you sign...but of course they stop caring. Emails arent followed up on, calls are often not answered, no clear office hours, most of the time there is nobody in the office, weekends when there isnt cleaning, the place is littered with dog hairs, spillage from opened trash bags, and disorder in the mail room. There are 3 elevators but one hasnt been working for over a month, but zero communication from management, no idea when it will be back in order again. You can reserve the play room on the 6th floor but its always locked so when the staff is nowhere to be found you cant access even though you booked through the site. For such a high price point compared to everywhere else, it shouldnt be too difficult to fix things like this, one cant help but feel taken for granted. This could be a truly terrific places, if proper site management was brought here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what an amazing experience at Brio. I didnt end up renting here because I found a place more suitable for my budget, but I have to give my piece. The rooms are new and beautiful, rates are competitive, and management is incredibly kind and informative. Manager Abdullah spent more than an hour showing me around, and making sure that I felt comfortable and unrushed in my decision-making process. I informed him that I decided to rent elsewhere, and he responded with congratulations for finding a place, and opening up an offer to reach out if I want to rent in the future. Thank you Brio !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehwish and Abdullah have been fantastic throughout my lease here (I’ve been here for over 1 year now). They’ve been very attentive to any problem that happens and very helpful. They definitely make the building a better place. Although I wish boardwalk used a better security system for their garage doors and scan ins as they are faulty quite often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep hounding you to write a review when you are new. Are super sweet and nice in the beginning but change as soon as you write a favorable review. Very bad customer service for premises that charge a ton of money compared to other rentals. Keep testing fire alarms every few weeks and disturb everyone. Do no answer emails or calls promptly. After hours or weekend customer service sucks big time or is non existent. Underground parking reeks with dust, isn't cleaned at all and there is a thick layer of dust on your car after just a day of parking. I have another friend living at Brio and he has the same opinion, regrets moving here with his gf. Bad service for rent charging in excess of +2500. Very disappointed Boardwalk! Get your act together at Brio.
