β β β β β Please note this building has a terrible boiler that will shut down whenever itβs windy!!! So yeah, no heat, no hot water until someone comes to turn it back on again. If itβs night or weekend, youβd be very lucky to stay warm or take a shower. The windows are not well sealed so without heat the room drops below 15 degrees in an hour. This place is not worth your money! Also, this happens once a week in winter/spring!

β β β β β I was initially recommended to view this property from a friend. When I went for the showing a woman named Amber was very nice and helpful, but the other Filipino lady was extremely rude and unapproachable. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me or communicate with me when I was in the office. After an awkward showing, I drove around the block and I signed a 2-year lease with the Boardwalk property down the street. The price was more, but it was better than having to deal with people like that on a regular basis.

β β β β β Been here for the last 18 months. Moving out next month to travel, but will try to come back. Staff always friendly and helpful. No problems with heating or water. Notices always given when repairs/maintenance/checks done. Beautiful views of the mountains. Very happy here.

β β β β β Do not live here. Seriously. Don't do it. I took a chance on this place but since I've moved in the building manager has harassed me with frequent inspections and demanded my money for surprise fees. The building manager has lied to my face on multiple occasions. Do not trust what is said. There are constant water emergency shut-offs. When I moved in, my apartment had no heating. I question how safe the building is. If you decide to live here please record every conversation you have with these parasites, as you will need it later. The building is in horrible shape for what they're charging. If you are disabled you will be harassed by the paranoid staff with frequent inspections.

β β β β β I am a resident of this apartment. I am really satisfied here. They fixed all problems whenever I have issues in my unit. Staff and repairmen are all very kind and nice.

β β β β β Karen is wonderful! She assisted us greatly with our move here (from out of country) and went above and beyond to settle us. We have now lived here for move than 13 months and love the very central location, very close to public transport and shopping and all other amenities.

β β β β β On lived here in Holly Acres, Management was not able to provide heat, for all winter my house inside temperature used to be 16-18 degrees Celsius. When complained to management , they blamed their head office in Toronto not able to help them solving issue, the solution property Manager could offer was to run an electric heater For which I would be required to pay power bill they were not ready to compensate any expenses normally providing heat is their responsibility the other advice the property manager give us two hours the problem was to wear warm clothes inside the house but no resolution to problem. Once i posted the problem on media, property manager Rachel and Capreit regional manager Nancy decided mafia was taking undue advantage of power sent us a notice that we will not renew your contract and leave the property. God help world from such power drunk people. Please think twice before renting into Capreit properties
