★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here for 8 years and hope the next place I move to will be as well-managed as this one. Building managers Karen and Wayne have been so helpful over the years. The building is kept very clean, parkade has always been secure, and the location is great. I recommend Discovery Pointe to anyone who wants to live in a great building in a great location (across from the river). I'll miss it. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is fantastic, cleaning staff is consistent, and the Super is very reliable. Especially in a pandemic, Discovery Pointe proves to be a great place to live! All maintenance requests I've had went quickly answered, and any other requests have been graciously assisted with and completed in a kind & timely manner. Not to forget to mention, the location is great; walkable distance from nature-esque paths and grocery stores (etc). Most importantly, I feel safe living here. Thank you for a great experience! I'm a happy tenant.

Used to be desired location when downtown was busy...Now is a place for mature crowd close to Kensington and river walk!

I had a short period of time to find a place and with everything that was happening with Covid, everything was done online and through virtue tours. I have looked into other apartments, but none of them were as good as this building. I was very stressed and was feeling overwhelmed because everything was happening so fast. Sonia and Karen at Discovery Pointe has been super helpful and very understanding. which made my move alot better and at ease, also feeling at peace with the place I got. I really like this building, it is very clean, everyone is super friendly and welcoming, including the Concierge. When you have an issue they do address your concerns right away: if its not right away, they will tell you that they will get back to you within a couple days. which is better than no answer (from my past experience). I definitely recommend this place !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovery Pointe has made my move to the city so easy! The building is very clean and very secure. The staff has been amazing, and the maintenance guy is on top of everything! The units are exactly as displayed in the photos online. Best price for large units with great views! Love that the building is pet friendly and such a great location for walking your dog.

The building is well-cleaned, secure, & its location is unbeatable: close to transit, parks & river – how we love the views from our suite! Living here for almost two years now, we can say that the property management team understands every need of their residents – kudos to Karen & Aleksandra, as well as the maintenance team who works hard & efficiently in keeping the property.
