L&I massage clinic has a convenient location being close to Downtown West - Kerby LRT station. I also liked the ease of direct billing. I am very happy that L&I decided to locate in Downtown West.

She clearly knew what she was doing, understood my problems (I work a desk job and have a lot of tension because of it), and gave me such an enjoyable/effective massage. Will definitely be back to see her!
Also, the place was a really relaxing environment all around and everyone was very nice.

She asks what I need and listens to my answer so that she can tailor each session to meet my needs. She is so friendly and professional. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing, easy massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to get a deep tissue massage as I was in town and saw Samelle Massage was nearby.. I quickly checked massage availability then previous reviews. After my initial appointment today It's obvious why all the reviews are 5 star..
Ines is great and listens to your needs and requests. She was very professional, calm and welcoming, and explained things to me as necessary. The facility was very clean and warm. Much better experience than some of the places in this city..
I would recommend Ines to anyone that is downtown and needs to get in for a massage!
