★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Massage Addicts on 10th and saw Ian Morales with a frozen scapula and shoulder that was incredibly immobile and painful and also with tight piriformis which can present as sciatica. These are some of the hardest places to access due to their location beneath other structures of the body but Ian found the correct location for treatment. I don’t say this lightly but Ian was the absolute best massage therapist I’ve had and I have seen many in different countries. He truly listened to me to customize the session according to my needs. I requested deep tissue and he checked in with me to ensure the pressure was ok. My mobility increased after the session. He truly listens to the client and not just a preplanned routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a deep tissue massage session with Kathryn Robicheau. It was a complete waste of time and money. There was nothing deep tissue about the massage. It was just rubbing oil on my skin session for almost one hour. Instead of a full body massage, massage therapist kept putting oil on me every 10 seconds and just rubbing the oil on my skin like a moisturizer. I have asked Kathryn several times to use more pressure but shortly after I realized it was useless. It seemed as if she had no interest in using strength to deliver quality massage. Just wasted my time and money lying on that bed. I had a membership with Massage Addict which I won’t be renewing because of this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massages are ok, but bit expensive for the quality. One time I had a massage and they were building something in the room next door so no way to relax with the drill sounds going on. No apologies are nothing from them. Still decided to book another appointment with them after that. I booked for 5:30 and they called me at 4:20 telling me I was late for my 4:15 appointment (they changed my timings without telling me) and then they just tried to put the blame on me cause I was late and they wouldn’t give me an hour massage if I got there 5 min later. I had to cancel and I’m not booking there again. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with Donald at this location, as my partner has been recommending him to me for ages. It was one of the best massages I have ever had! It was a deep tissue, and it had been quite a while since my last one, and Donald knew exactly what pressure to use, even in the worst/knotted spots. I will for sure be coming again!
Front desk and the confirmation of the massage by front desk via phone was friendly and helpful, so I would like to say thank you to them as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely expensive for amateur massage. Don't like that it's an intimate close setting, no proof of vaccine needed and masks can come off. I barely go anywhere I'm fully vaccinated and tested positive 5 days after ?? Not saying it's from there, but who knows ?
