Calgary based Cosmetic Tattoo and Makeup Artist, Joelle Wong, has been helping people feel beautiful since 2004. A graduate from Vancouver Film School in Makeup for Film and Television, Joelle’s makeup skills have since evolved into Permanent Makeup Artistry– a solution she needed for her own 90’s eyebrows!

Joelle is well known for her effortless makeup style. In Cosmetic Tattoo, she is sought after for her Eyeliner Tattoos, Dark Lip Neutralization and Soft Ombre Brows. In her continuous passion for learning, Joelle has acquired many permanent makeup certifications with world renown European and Canadian artists, always striving for the best results for her clients.

Her favourite part about creating beautiful Cosmetic Tattoos is “the confidence it sparks in my clients! Not only have they saved time and guesswork in their daily routines, they’re excited to put their best face forward every day. I love it! As for me, the relationships I build with my clients are also one of my favourite parts of my career.”

Outside of tattooing and makeup, Joelle spends her time sewing, taking care of her plants, and chauffeuring her children to hockey practices alongside her husband.
