R	Reggie Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Versus living 30 days ago. I have completed an online tour and wished to apply. I was sent a lease without discussing any of the lease details, term or current incentives running. The building was even shown to us virtually without any prior cleaning and had garbage on the floor and in the unit. Completely unprofessional. I have asked, four or five times now for the lease to be updated with the current incentive program which is running on the buildings website. Apparently, per the leasing agent, the incentives change weekly. The incentives have been the same for the last four weeks. I have sent the leasing team more than five emails. I have also left voicemails. My girlfriend has also reached out to them. This is the most unprofessional leasing team I have ever dealt with. I have had similar experiences at other buildings in Calgary and I am sick of it. ONE STAR. If I could give less I would. I don’t have time to reach out to someone repeatedly to rent a unit. You’d think they’d be eager to fill the building before winter.
C	Cloud Strife on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These 5 stars are only for the staff there like Ryan, Security and others. As for the leasing office, they get zero stars. Their just horrible at what they do. I wanted to give the 5 stars to the staff actually running the place. They work hard, their running around all the time, they respond right away and do a great job. It's not a rotating door with staff like the leasing office.
C	Charlotteruthbryant Bryant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay. Here goes. Reception was great. Amenities excellent. Person I was to be roommates with, not so much. The suite bathroom, only one, looked old and unkept. No parking, unless fee, and maybe none available. On move in move out days, expect long wait for an elevator. Apparently west tower worse than east tower given 30 floors for west tower. Sure close to all downtown amenities. Safeway, Co-op, C train Beltline right out front door, practically. I'd probably say go for it, however think overpriced in my humble opinion.
D	David B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living in Versus (East) for almost 2 years, and while the staff and the community are really lovely - there are serious issues that creep up over time living here: -Property Management company is VERY inflexible with all costs; even if the issues originated from them. -You WILL get stuck in the elevators (this is the first building I have ever been stuck in one - and it has happened more times than I can count). -You will have random building issues; these two towers were not built well, and maintenance issues will only get worse. If you value your time and money - perhaps consider other buildings. I do want to take the time to thank all the office, maintenance, and concierge staff: you are all amazing. As for those from corporate who will hopefully read this: own up to the issues in the building, and have a little more flexibility - this is our home, help us help you make this a better place. Your inflexibility on costs when there are issues, caused by the building you own, is very unprofessional. I have seen alot of buildings in the downtown area and honestly this building has it all; Their amenities area is very spacious and open 24 hours! Their gym is one of the biggest gyms I've seen in an apartment building with a yoga studio! The space in each apartment is actually decent and the whole building is super clean. Besides the building features, I loved my interaction with the leasing staff, they were very friendly and I felt welcomed as soon as I came through the door. The leasing manager took the time to explain all the prices and was very detailed and helpful with everything I asked. Overall, the showing was very informative and fun and I had a great experience viewing apartments at Versus!

My first impression of Versus Living was surrounding clean modern interior, nice view, and this place had all the conveniences. I'm continually impressed by how Versus Team manage to all support and offer of various event for residents. Also, Thank to Facilities Team, dedication to cleaning and maintaining our building each day. I appreciate your team work and enthusiasm every day. Specially, Ryan B, I deeply appreciate everything you did to help me. I’ve been living in various condominium for 10 years in Canada, but I’ve never seen this much professional person like Ryan. Not only are you an amazing Versus Living team member, but also an incredible person such a critical role in the giving satisfaction of Versus Living service. He is always do all above and beyond on service. Thank you for always lending a hand friendly when we need help. We are all so lucky to meet you. Thank you so much for being there for us.
a	apocalypse_jenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love living at Versus so much. I previously lived in an older building downtown and had so many issues; I've not experienced any of them here. Versus is clean, the concierge and security staff are very kind and helpful, & the elevators actually work and are repaired quickly if there is an issue. Versus communicates with the residents via email consistently and often, and we use Rent Cafe to pay rent/book amenities/request maintenance which is a great online tool. We did experience some hiccups initially when dealing with the Leasing Office, but that was before management changeover. I feel comfortable and safe living here and recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Beltine. Thanks to Versus for everything you do for us!
A	Ambrose Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for a year and it was a wonderful experience. I must say that all the staff here are very helpful from the main office to the front desk. I am moving out only because of personal reasons. It is a very convenient location with many good eateries around and access to two major grocery stores (Coop and Safeway). Also this is close to many bus routes as well as the C train. The common area with media room, pool table, gym, etc is big compared to other rental properties, and a very nice space. There are many different floor plans to choose from between the two towers. Prices are competitive for the quality. I also like that management does not bother residents very much unless they have to. I really appreciate it given that I spent a good part of the year working from home. Overall, I highly recommend Versus Living (and no I am not associated with Versus or One Properties). I just had a good experience.
