★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is run okay, maintenance is done timely and we are given lots of notice. Elevators are good, don't break often but there are 4 so its still quick to get up and down when one is broken. The units themselves are pretty awful due to the condo boom build quality and incompetent management of First Service Residential. If you find a great price to rent at, you can chance it and hope you get decent neighbors (you will hate your life if you don't, building has no sound proofing), and please do not make the mistake of buying a unit here.

We'll definitely miss the concierge/security. Always welcoming and saying hello, goodbye or have a goodnight.
The building is fantastically maintained. They have a cleaning crew going around each week, always friendly.
The area is wonderful. Coop, parks, transit and the view.
This was our first apartment. Terry and the crew here were amazing. If it were a bigger apartment, we'd still be living here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved in here in early May and it has been a great place to live. We are East facing so there is sunlight all throughout the day and its cool enough in the evenings. This was also by far the swiftest and friendliest move in we have experienced. Katelyn and Terry were both phenomenal at communicating and answering any questions we had. All men working the front desk have gone above and beyond to accommodate and help us out. I have never met friendlier front desk staff! We have moved to many condos in Calgary and this by far has been the best. If you are considering a viewing / renting here we highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ building is nice aside from the massive pigeon infestation that the condo board refuses to do anything about it. balconies in this building are unusable because the large amount of hazardous feces that they leave on balconies. i would not recommend living at this property to anyone.
birds make roosts in empty units and neither the building or unit owners make any attempt to resolve the problem.
