★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their move out inspection is a joke. They charged me $350 for a perfectly clean apartment with no damages.
I rented for many years in Calgary and I only was charged once for $50 in damages because I'm very careful and never have parties or anything like that.
In any case, get ready to be robbed during move out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have lived at the Arch for nearly 2 1/2 years now. We love living here! We have amazing views, and the apartment has nice finishings. The staff are really what have kept us renting here. They are all so friendly and professional. Any issues we have had have been dealt with surprisingly fast and easily. I highly recommend living here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much enjoy living here. The most outstanding feature about living here are building management staff (sales, cleaning, maintenence and security). They are all amazingly caring, friendly, organized, and available 7 days per week. I felt well taken care of from the moment I was shown my unit until today. The maintenance crew were fantastic for two minor issues that arose in my unit. The building is very well maintained and the common areas are kept immaculately clean. The best part about the units is how much natural light they have. They are also very well sound proofed - haven't heard a thing from my neighbors. When I renewed my lease the management company also made a donation to charity on my behalf, which was a really nice surprise. Overall, I am grateful to live here.
Update Oct 30/2020 - I also want to add that the building is kept immaculately clean. Which is particularly nice during COVID times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We beware anyone wanting to rent or even attempt to rent with this company as they just ripped us from 2000 dlls . Being told to pay this just to be able to make an application. We decided after this we wouldn’t be able to take the apartment ( all this process took just five days ) . Now they won’t give this deposit back .
The shady demeanour is constant and if you dare to rent with these people be very careful as they don’t care at all about their tenants .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and viewed one of the penthouse units. Want to clarify, the lady working the leasing office was very sweet and gracious - nothing negative to say about her.
However, they showed us a unit that hadn’t been cleaned since the tenants moved out and it was disgusting. I’m not one to normally write reviews about this, but after making the effort to see a $3000/month unit - I would at least expect the sink to be clean of old damp food. The oven also was covered in burnt crusty food, and the counters had dried sauces in many places. No one had even taken the time to vacuum up the cat hair all over the unit as well.
Overall, felt that the experience was extremely unprofessional after scheduling time out of our day to see the unit.
