Best Apartment building in Canada

Y	Yatendra Solanki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments are good, but ELEVATORS are not working from months, there are three elevators in one building but only single is working with unusual stops, other facilities such as swimming pool and recreational facility should be there as compared to other apartments in downtown area.
P	Parvaneh Sokhandani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never move to the continental towers. There are terrible problems in these towers. First, all of units are infested with roaches. The second issue is the poor management. The building manager is not responding to emails. A simple maintenance job takes for ever. The parking (managed by indigo) is also not a safe place to park your car. You can experience all terrible things (rude and irresponsible manager, roaches, noisy neighbors, etc. ) in one place. Also, you will never get your deposit back. ALL in ONE. I would never recommend this place for living. I wish I was able to give 0 star.
E	Eunae Rim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst building with cockroach and management service. I lived in 7 different rental buildings and continental was the worst in my 10 years experience in calgary. The management does not do anything and treat tenants so badly and terribly.

They don't even know how to reply and do conversation with person who give call for inquiry. 90% of time they not attend call and not reply back for voicemail as well. Spoke to an extremely unprofessional rude woman while inquiring about an apartment. FURIOUS!! Don't waste your time in that dirty, horribly managed neglected place!!

She didn't ask any questions and rushed me to get to the building within 10 minutes... in rush hour. Running a bit behind I received a nasty phone call asking where I was, then proceeded to hangup on me while I was in mid sentence. There were people fighting with management in the lobby and the woman who spoke with me on the phone came out and asked me a couple questions then asked if I had a pet and I told her I had a cat. She said they don't accept animals and walked away. If she wasn't in such a rush to schedule to showing I would have been able to ask about pet policy or she should have disclosed that on the phone before I had to drop everything and get over there! FURIOUS!! Don't waste your time in that dirty, horribly managed neglected place!!

Monthly pest control spraying No one every answers the phone in the office Office closes through the day for some reason Do not return voicemails or emails Scam you out of your deposit with fantom keys Average IQ at the office has to be 70 Do everything in you power to not live here or let anyone you care about live here. It has 1 star for a reason.

Sure the building needs renovations and better equipment; however, I did not find it so bad. I lived on the 17th floor and I saw a couple of cockroaches coming from outside my door. I had my house cleaned constantly and I did not see as many roaches as people say here. The building provided insects extermination and all. Jocelyne and her team were nothing but kind and understanding of my needs and preoccupations. Thank you WRE Development team, for the attention and support. Kind regards, Vin
V	Vero Berezan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first moved in the vacancy rate in Calgary was almost 0 so I was lucky to find it. There have been issues but since Jocelyne has come to manage the building , it has been getting better. She is all business. One has to recognize that it is an old building so thankfully she hired a great Maintenance expert (Curt). He actually cares and takes pride in his work and does it properly. New perfect elevators are such an improvement. Since the last bug stray, I have not seen any bugs, mind you I keep my apartment clean of food on the floors ,counters and all food is sealed in a container to be on the safe side. I am hoping my neighbours will do the same. One just needs to get used to the noise of the train, loud drinkers getting out of the bar, which is possible. K club during Stampede that goes all night, even though they are supposed to stop at 11:30 much harder. No place is perfect but this one is improving.
