★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most confusing parkade I’ve ever encountered. No arrows, no exit signs. Once you enter a level you can turn left or right but the ramp to go down a level changes from one side to the next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all of the buildings that I have lived in downtown Calgary the Nova building to date has the absolute worst structural issues and poorly run management that I have ever seen. Their waste pipes are all L bars that zig zag throughout, the weird plumbing causes a lot of clogs and when the pipes freeze in the winter fixtures are known to leak. They will take a water scanner to your walls and if a pipe has burst they will try to fine you for damage. They even sent out an illegal notice to tenants saying that even if you have no flooding you can still be fined up to $50000 for water damage if a leak is found if your walls. I stood up for myself about this saying that they can't fine me for structural damage only tenant negligence so they started picking on me. It's an awful building and I truly hope the water issues cause it to rot and crumble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leaky condos, also terrible concierge including management. I sense embezzlement is going on as I lived there for over 5 years, seen lots of staff change, contractor changes but buildings Stella/Nova still continue to have water issues and horrible management. Glad I’m gone from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hot water pipe burst in my unit and flooded mine as well as several other units. It took them 30 minutes to shut the water off. The man did not know how to turn it off and had to call several people to get instructions. This caused the flood to affect several other floors below and around my unit, and caused my entrance ceiling to collapse. From talking to other residents as well as a member of the condo board, the building management is well aware that the pipes are due to be changed but no action has taken place. There have been multiple floods in both buildings that keep reoccurring but they have no plan in place to fix the issue. When speaking to someone from management, he was extremely condescending and rude and hung up on me. I would avoid this building at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in Nova for only a year. The property management, along with admin, and the security in the building is absolutely terrible. They all should be replaced. Especially IAN WALLACE.
He was by far the rudest and most arrogant person I’ve talked to in a professional setting. He and the building should be ashamed of themselves for how they “manage” this property and respecting the tenants within.
