{Every time I have gone to this pharmacy I’ve had pleasant experiences. Every employee has been quite knowledgeable and very sincere. The last time I went in to pick up a prescription I met with Nasima and Imelda, they were just fantastic! Most of my trips here I met with Mohammad Khan and I cannot say enough good things about this man…. he even went above and beyond by staying late once just so I could pick up my prescription. Thank you to everyone who has assisted me… I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The pharmacist, Mohammad, was able to answer all of my questions and assured me that the information will be sent to me via e-mail as well. Even if I was anxious with regards to needles, the doctor was patient and understanding. Great place to go to for travel consultations/immunizations.

With their personalized approach, I am able to call and email my prescription order and get a response within minutes. They offer free delivery and can accommodate same day service. They can compound unique prescriptions that cannot be filled in mainstream pharmacies. Earlier I did travel vaccines and satisfied. The owner of this small independent pharmacy is very caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The skill, knowledge and consultation were just fine. We got our shots and some meds. The issue was that we felt like a second priority. Granted, when my wife called he “fit us in” between two other appointments. However, every time a pharmacy customer came in he stopped with us and helped them, about 6-8 people. It didn’t feel so much of a consultation appointment as I expected. So if you need a quick shot this place is fine. If you have lots of questions and a family you are better to go to a proper travel clinic rather then a pharmacy that also does travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for an Astra Zeneca vaccine the instant I was able to do so (I was up first thing in the morning, form filled out, and hit send as soon as it was 8:00 am). I claimed one of the many available slots. Two days later, (at night), I received a terse email saying they didn't have enough vaccine. During those three working days the local supply ran out. If they didn't have enough vaccine to even satisfy the very first bookings, they shouldn't have accepted bookings, or they should have let people know immediately they'd be unable to provide shots. I tried phoning multiple times and the line was always busy and went to a "mailbox full" message. During a pandemic, incompetence can have serious ramifications for people, hopefully I'm not one of them. But I will never use this clinic's substandard services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made an on-line booking for a PCR test. When I walked in to ask if this was the PCR test location, I received a very abrupt and condescending response followed by a 'what time is your flight?' She said my booking was too late in the day for getting a next day result in time. I had done the online booking three days earlier and I received an email confirming my booking (or so I thought). At. no time was I informed by email or otherwise that the time I had booked would not allow enough time to get my result prior to departure which was 25 hours later. I give it a one star was because of the poor booking process. I ended up going to Switch Health. They were great.
