★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking, and booking reminders sent through email. Plenty of slots to book in, tests are quick, the staff are professional and friendly. Only difficulty is getting someone to answer the phones when calling. Test results was sent through quickly. Waiting on second set of PCR test results which have taken a bit longer to obtain but still within 24hr period. Fix the issue with phones not being answered and would give 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a PCR test done Entire visit took about 10 minutes, most of which was spent filling out a form on arrival. Test was at 7:30 am, results were emailed to me at 12:45 pm that day. 5/5 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, easy experience, and very professional and kind. Only thing that would’ve made it 5 stars is clarity on directions to get to the suite location. If you go with them use the ground floor elevators in the lobby area and go to the 19th floor. That would’ve saved me about 10-15 mins of walking around. Otherwise, it was great and appreciated the travel certificate via emails and print out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to put a sign, because you would wonder around not knowing where to go! I don’t know why some area, like this, are charging so much while others is $40? Covid gotta go ASAP because these private companies are making money off of us while we are struggling financially with everything right now. 70-100 added to travel expenses….for them to not even ask for the damn result when you arrived to the destination! Nice staff but go to Safeway and many other pharmacies, it’s cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived a little early, but was no problem. The staff was friendly, and efficient. My entire visit was less than 10 mins. My results came about 12hrs later. Would recommend this office for those needing testing prior to travelling.

I arrived early they made a space for me and I was in and out with my negative test in 20 minutes. They also seemed to be competitively priced at the time and had spaces free on short notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!! Amazing staff, amazing service and excellent turn around times. I went for a Covid-19 RT-PCR test for travel today at 12:10pm, my flight is tomorrow at 5:30pm. Their website says the test results are available within 24 hours. I only asked the Lab Technician to confirm that my results will be available within the 24 hour period and on the spot she said we’ll make sure you get your results before your flight. And WOW the swab was done at 12:10pm and I had my results at 3:30pm THE SAME DAY. This place is VERY competitively priced and their turnaround times are immaculate. I WILL NEVER go to another clinic/lab for any of my tests that can be done here. Thanks Canadian Travel Clinics you guys are amazing, stay blessed ?
