We really appreciated his ability to explain his entire process and any issues in a way that allowed us to fully grasp the information. He was also very organized and responsive. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs a structural engineer's opinion when purchasing a house. After his visit we feel we have all the information we need to make a decision.

One issue was identified and he was prompt to come up with a quote to fix. Showed up within a week for on site to design and construct. On site he stopped along the way to point things out and explain the logic behind what he was doing.
Overall a professional and educational experience.
Cost was also very fair.
