★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great salon. True to its name. The space is very posh and upscale. They offer complimentary coffee/expresso and tea, or if you're feeling to celebrate a little more you can buy some wine or champagne. Staff is extra friendly and often check in to make sure you're doing okay, which is great for a nail salon. They tend to book up quickly so I recommend booking a few days in advance to secure your appointment. I did a refill acrylic nail set. Want to try their pedicure next time. Definitely going back.

I can't put my finger on it but there just something off putting about this salon. People and staff are friendly enough. Nail colour selection is great. They offer drinks which is a great bonus. My nails are either too short or not shaped the way I want. They either speak to fast or too low that I can't hear them explain and I give up asking them to repeat that. Perhaps it's the manager or the technician asking me if I've picked a colour every 2 minutes when I haven't even had a chance to look at them.
The pedicure stations are not my style but that's a personal choice and nothing to rank them less on. I've tried them three times. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but won't be going back this time.
I write reviews not to sway customers to my way of thinking or opinion but to inform that this was my experience. Eyes wide open is my policy.
Good luck perhaps you'll have a more satisfying experience than I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to Posh and I will be back! I took my mom in for a pedi and nails date. The staff was super friendly and very positive! Maybe there was some new staff training that day cuz my mom had run into a few colour and shape issues with her nails on her pedi and acrylics. However, the staff took the time to correct the issues immediately with no hesitation. Oh and their wine prices are super cheap and a great perk to having a relaxing time with them. Kevin did my nails and I will deffs be asking for him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were amazing! I have a cast on my arm & the lady worked around it with no issues. She was so good & made sure that we had a fantastic experience with our first time there. Will highly recommend to my friends, as well as be going back again. All staff were so accommodating & made sure my friend & I were able to sit together with following Covid protocols. It’s always scary going to a new nail place, but I will definitely be going back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my daughters 10th birthday wish to get nail extensions with her best friend. Posh Nails accommodated us last minute and did a wonderful job! The girls had photos and were particular about the design and the nail techs ‘nailed’ it! Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice since I came to Calgary. First, I got a pedicure. Second time I got a UV gel design.
With the pedicure, they didn't put any wrapping on my feet so it got a bit smudged but the service was really nice. Another thing that bothered me was the lack of massage for a 45 dollar regular polish pedicure.
They offer free drinks and also alcohol (with charge). I think if I asked them to wrap my fingers for the pedicure they would.
The UV gel turned out amazing. My technician did everything I asked her to do and they're soooo pretty and totally my style I love my nails so much! I think her name was Tiffany. She's also really funny and kind I couldn't recommend her enough ? thank you so much Tiffany ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star for good reason. The very first time I went here they looked beautiful so I posted a 5 star right away, her only flaw was the lack on nail prepping (I don’t know why employees don’t do anything with cuticles) but I have been here 4 times total and they have been HORRIBLE 3 out of 4 times. I always tip because I am a business owner and would hate if someone didn’t show me appreciation but I don’t think they’ve ever deserved it. Only one person there was able to make them look good and I’ve never seen her again. Not even one out of the 4 times I’ve been there have they even touched my cuticles, they leave a gap on purpose so you’re forced to get fills sooner. Definitely not worth the $80 I’ve been charged for plain white nails that look terrible. 2 out of the 4 times they were popping off within the first week. I was only dumb enough to go back because I live in the condo attached and needed them done right away the last few times. My most recent trip I asked for short almost coffin shaped nails and that is NOT what I was given. I was given very square and uneven nails and had to file many of my nails by myself in order to just get them to the same lengths. Oh and to top it off my nails aren’t even smooth on top, they are very lumpy and it’s noticeable when light hits them. * this picture was taken on Friday March 11th about an hour after being done and after I had already tried to even the lengths out myself*
