★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roaches and bedbugs were disgusting..... but well hidden till u move in. Health board seemed to take note but didnt seem concerned about how bad they were till I showed videos of how bad. Nearly everyone on numerous floors stated they have been dealing with roaches and Bedbugs for years. I fought them for a bit...then filed with courts and got out of lease...Staff kept telling me there are no problems...over and over till they saw videos.... Yes ...I got out through the courts.....Please dont put your family through this disaster .... Good Luck somewhere else.. HONESTLY....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not reside here! It is not the ideal living situation for anyone. I could not even stay here for half a year just by the amount of problems I have encountered. On the first week I moved in, I received bed bugs (which put me in a mental breakdown) AND cockroaches. I soon learned that a lot of other tenants had the same problem. My floor always smelled of smoke and soon would have the odour come into my unit. The people working in the lobby are polite but unfortunately useless. Most of the complaints I wanted to solve had to be dealt with by another party. Another big problem is the location of this building. My roommate has ran into two homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. Three of my female friends were leaving the building around midnight and were gunned down by some young gangsters right out the side door. My roommates car was broken into and on the same day she witnessed another car getting broken into. Remind you we are parked underground which should be hard to access. Unfortunately I had to give this place a 1 star but I really want to look out for other people who are thinking about moving in. It is not safe especially for young females. There was nothing done by Pentland place in order for me to to stay. Beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. Ive been here over year. Im now on my second lease. I have never seen any bugs of any kind. Its excellent place to rent. I plan to be long term tenet. The only thing my rent went up on my nee rental agreement. There should been some thing offered because l stayed. Im disabled male in my 56

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed Bugs Building!!!
You want to understand you'll be fearful your bed every night even if you're tired. Welcome to rent this apartment.
The nightmare started in October last year. Even we did two month treatments but it still started again in June this year. The situation doesn't be end until we moved because we threw entire furniture and mattress. The managements seem to be used to handle this condition because when I talked about bed bug, they always said ' I'll arrange a treatment time for you'. They don't care your wound and bad sleep even I wrote ë-mail to their company. The worst thing they didn't tell you anything when you wanna rent this apartment and they love to dispose your furniture by getting your money. What the worst people and company! The terrifying thing was the treatment happened at 5 suites last year on our floor did it together in that meanwhile(only 8 suites on same floor) That's why I can assume bed bugs exist whole building. Good luck to next tenant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ending cockroach treatment notices! It's really annoying when they require you to prepare your unit for their treatment every two weeks/ every week. Do they don't know that tenants here are tired from work and they only stay here just to sleep and leave. I'm not paying rent to worry about their problems about cockroach and if you don't follow you have to pay penalty. If you want privacy this is not the best place to stay because they will keep invading your space. One more thing! they will leave notices after office hours so that there is no way you can complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is so annoying when they need to come and do pest spray in my unit without any severe issue of cockroaches. I work at night and sleep/ rest during the morning. So preparing my stuff for every treatment and staying outside my unit until they finish is very inconvenient. I would suggest they only do treatment if your tenant is having issues and not disturbing us every month.
