★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaleidoscope at 2505 24 St NW in Calgary, Alberta is a well managed combination Residential and Commercial apartment building where I have lived for about 14 months since February 2020. It is a brightly appointed building, reasonably priced and in a good location The other residents are respectful and well behaved. I have not had any reason to complain about anything during my residency and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really expensive for what you get. Construction is poor, in one room I can hear everything from the downstairs neighbour when they're speaking at a regular volume. Mediocre communication from the managers. No better than any other managed building in this city, I'm surprised at the reviews here. Just owners cutting costs and squeezing every dime out of tenants while providing very little in terms of service.

Mr Ojie was a really good guy, and gave fast and friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service by Olgie, the service representative at Kaleidoscope. I needed to have a fridge repaired, he was here within the hour of my request.
He was friendly, efficient and took care of everything.
I now have a brand new fridge and freezer.
