★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant after reading the reviews.
Setup for the building manager Richard, to clean and actually make the building safe (no locks on any of the windows and didn’t even have a lock on the front door)
When I confronted him and asked if it was even cleaned (obviously wasn’t)
He got upset and told me it wasn’t going to work out and that I should leave and have a good life.
Would avoid going near this building and man at all costs.
Will just waste your time and act like a child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former tenant of this building, I agree with other reviews that the building is not safe, great place to live. The rent is expensive in most cases. Yes bad bed bug and mice problem. Need to spray whole building to get rid of the bugs and mice.
