Sleep! One of the most talked about subjects among parents. Who knew that something seemingly so natural could end up being such a struggle? There are two pieces of good news I have for you: 1) you are not alone! Many families share your situation and 2) any baby can learn to sleep.

 

Your baby or child is not a "bad" sleeper, rather they haven't yet learned the skill of independent sleep. Yes, independent sleep is a skill that is learned over time! Some children come by this easier than others even among siblings. Learning the art of independent sleep is something that comes with normal childhood development. There is no right or wrong timeline for this to happen; it depends on the child and on the family. Sara is so amazing. She helped us feel confident and knowledgeable with a sleep plan for our little one. She created a personalized plan that worked so well for him and had such good troubleshooting set up for every possible different scenario that could arise. She really made us feel like this was possible to do. We went from getting no sleep prior to Sara, to teaching our little one to go to sleep on his own in just a few nights. He does so well through the nights now that he knows how to get himself back to sleep. After just a week and a half, he is putting himself to sleep without any crying. I can't recommend Sara enough. She was a lifesaver.

Sara was a perfect consultant. I co-slept with my daughter until she was 21 months. I didn't get much sleep. She helped me make a plan that worked for both of us. I noticed progress every day and after a week my daughter started sleeping all night in her crib. I highly recommend Sara for anybody who is looking for to get a better sleep.

Working with Sara was so easy and helpful. She took the time to really understand our needs and made a plan specifically for ours and our child's patterns. She checked in every day and I found her method to be a lot less stressful than some of the other methods we tried. Would recommend to anyone that has a hard time just letting baby cry, but is exhausted with seemingly no end in sight.

We started working with Sara after a week of many night wakings and hours on hours spent trying to get our child back to sleep. Sara listened to our needs and preferences and was able to create a plan for us that allowed us to support our child in a way we felt comfortable with. Thanks to Sara's plan, our child is having consistent naps, easy bedtimes, and sleeping through the night. While it wasn't without a few struggles, Sara always had advice or a plan when we ran into a hiccup here or there. It was a blessing finding Sara when we did and we are so incredibly thankful for her. I truly don't think I can put it into words how much our time with Sara has impacted our lives. Hiring Sara was one of the best things we've ever done! I was co-sleeping with our active, walking 9-month old girl, but she had starting waking frequently through the night. During the day, since she was born, her naps had to be in her swing, carrier, stroller or car seat. She hadn't slept in her crib at all since she was 2.5 months old. Sara was very knowledgeable and made a plan that was thorough and easy to understand and implement. Her communication throughout was excellent. Our daughter, who we were convinced could never be sleep trained, slept through the night in her crib the very first night! The changes we've seen in our daughter have been nothing short of amazing. I'm well rested, my mental health has improved, and I'm a much better parent for it! My husband noticed improvements in his performance at work as well, due to her not being in our bed anymore. We've already recommended Sara to a few people, and will continue to do so!
