About Kosa Health
We carefully considered a lot of amazing beans when selecting our coffee provider. We wore blind folds and we cupped espresso until our pupils dilated to the size of saucers.
Enter Anonymous Coffee. The Master Roaster will claim we’ve already said too much. What we can say is that it is ethically sourced from coffee farms around the world and roasted in small batches locally in Alberta.
We’ve found these coffees taste best when paired with milk from dairy cows fed a grass-fed diet - carefully curated by farmers in Southwest Ontario and British Columbia. You may not know that grass fed milk offers an increased Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acid ratio, but your body will thank you for it.
Did we mention no up-charge for your favourite alternative milk that cost the same as, well, milk?

But the real reason I come to Kosa is the success I have had with Calgary's Diet Specialist and Lifestyle expert Scott Cobbett who has changed my life (lost 15 lbs this month already) with a life style easy to follow individual diet plan. Calgarians know to just leave it to Scott !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scott's weight loss and nutritional skills are unique to only his business in Calgary and I have recently lost 20 lbs over the past few months through this easy to follow wonderful program. I am so so greatful to have my life back! We all sat around a lot during the pandemic so there was great need to find a way to get our health back in such a restricted environment. I am still struggling with my weight and I will continue to see Scott until I go down another 20lbs! I also purchase many of his supplements and regularly drink his chemical free and fair trade lattes. But his diet is completely using Whole Foods and easy to prepare smoothies and quick meals. Most coffees in Calgary are full of chemicals while Kosa Health are totally clean. Its pretty hard to find a chemical free coffee anywhere in Calgary! They make it perfectly creamy too!
