Our realtor contacted her on her day off (Saturday) and she worked the whole day to ensure that she has all the correct information to process our application on the next business day (Monday). By 3pm on Monday, we received an e-mail from Shelly informing us that we got approved on our mortgage application and we can close on our house!

She is professional and courteous and really goes the extra yard to ensure that we are properly taken care of not just by her and her company but the builder, lawyers and bank as well.
Shelly followed up and made sure that the builder was properly meeting timelines and when they were behind and trying to quicken handover when the house was not ready she made sure that the builders were properly at a state where handover could occur.
Would definitely recommend Shelly to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
