I had a 40 minute conversation with Tanya and just asked all my questions being a first time home buyer. I didn't start looking until Feb 2021 but at this time Tanya is not able to help me directly but gave me KRISTA PIKE as my mortgage specialist. And boy oh boy what a blessing in disguise as Krista was nothing but a breath of fresh air! I am not going to lie as this part of the process was really stressful as builders will give you a VERY tight deadline!
