About Mortgage Rate Canada
With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, I know I offer a unique perspective that I pass along to clients. I spent time working for a lender before becoming a mortgage broker in Calgary. My time working for a lender gives me insight into how a lender thinks when a mortgage application crosses their desk. This insight is then passed on to my clients as I help them understand what lenders are looking for and why.
I work closely with the lenders to better assist my clients, whether it is for a purchase, refinance, or just renewing their mortgage. I take pride in making sure every transaction is smooth and efficient. My commitment is to both lenders and clients.
A home is one of the biggest purchases you’ll ever make. I know questions will come up as you go through the process, and it’s natural to have a bit of anxiety over signing the paperwork. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conventional wisdom might suggest contacting your local bank when purchasing your first home. I trusted common sense over this conventional wisdom and found Tracey from Mortgage Rate Canada. Flawless service, great rates and made me feel like their number one client.
Time zones can be tricky when you live in a huge country such as Canada. This did not seem to get in the way of turnaround times and incomparable service. On a few occasions Tracey returned email way past her business hours. Whilst this was not my expectation, it was greatly appreciated knowing how committed she was towards my goal of home ownership.

I came here for the best rate, but customer service is really their thing. I have dealt with this company twice now and have been very pleased on both occasions. Their response time is fantastic, the professionalism is above and beyond, they go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you want and need and make sure all the loose ends are tied up, they explain things so you can understand them, they tell you what their options are and share their opinions when necessary.
I would say that I started with Mortgage Rate Canada as a customer and could easily say we are now friends, that is how they make you feel when you deal with them. I could go on about these guys, but the simple truth is: I would recommend that anyone who is looking to get a mortgage should go to Mortgage Rate Canada first!

And, you get a much better rate, saving lots of money. Tracey was patient answering all of my questions and ensuring I understood everything.
She even has a special added bonus on your birthday - a free coffee card. A nice touch.
