She also advocated for us to make sure we were referred to specialists and then followed up with us to make sure everything was going ok. We only left because we moved out of the province. Dr. Adina is the best doctor!

I appreciate her candid upbeat personality as well, it makes her very approachable and easy to communicate with! All my appointments at Crescent Medical Centre have been prompt, thorough, and the doctors treat you like a person instead of just a number! The staff are lovely as well, I appreciate the phone call reminders the day before appointments! 5 stars!

Dr. Adina makes me feel so comfortable and thoroughly investigates and remedies any medical issue I come in with. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are healthy, happy, and that you understand any course of medical action being taken. She truly cares for her patients and I highly recommend her and this clinic to anyone searching for a GP. Not to mention the support staff are beyond friendly and make appointment scheduling a breeze.
L	Lori S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient of Dr. Adina Constantinescu for about 2.5 years. She is the best, most incredible and carrying doctor I have ever had!! She is always on time, very knowledgeable and her answers to my ignorant questions are always on point. I had contacted COVID during the first wave and I was quite ill; one of my symptoms was severe nausea which cased me to get dehydrated and weak really fast as I was not able to keep the liquids down; I refused to check into the hospital so she faxed a prescription to the pharmacy and made sure I received it in the same day which stopped my nausea within 24 hours. Not to mention, this AMAZING doctor called me every day until I assured her I was OK and on my way to recovery. Clinic staff is very professional and always nice. Crescent Medical and Dr. Adina, thank you very much for your outstanding services!

Not many doctors are concerned with mental health, but she is definitely one I can trust. And she admits when she doesn't know something but refers you to the appropriate specialist. Definitely recommend if you don't have a psychiatrist and are looking for a family doctor that cares.

D	David Marquis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros - My doctor is good. Everyone is friendly. The staff here are good about calling you to set up and remind you of appointments. Cons - Doctor won't discuss very routine test results over the phone. I find the in person meetings usually are fast and there's a lot of information you're trying to remember from them. Later on you might need one thing clarified or to ask a simple question you didn't think of fast enough. These things could be done in a three minute phone call with your doctor. It would be very helpful if they let you schedule short calls with your doctor for these mundane things, especially when you've very recently met your doctor in person. But here you can't schedule a phone call with your doctor unless you have a medical emergency. Because I am a student and can't really afford to own a car right now, coming in for lots of in-person appointments takes some time and effort. Apart from this problem I think they do a good job.
