Worst experience at a nail salon in all my life! Totally incompetent and difficult to work with at best. Tech argued needlessly, at one point insisting my nails were powder. The salon I went to prior to here doesn't even offer acrylic, only gel! Nails are uneven and ridgey under the chrome as well. Do not recommend.

I had the pleasure of getting Reim who was kind caring and answered all my questions professionally. The prices are very reasonable, I will definitely be going back 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this place and I had Nancy . She was absolutely Amazing , I had tips put on thenGel French Manicure.. Nancy was super friendly and she explained everything she was doing with my nails and asked my opinion . Overall the experience was fantastic , was offered a coffee or something to drink , I had my purse in the floor and she got up and got a cart for me to place my purse on . I will definitely be back to see Nancy again … thank you Nancy for making my experience and my nails look fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good. The place is big and looks like they have lots of staff. Large selection of colours. Didn't notice until later one of my nails is crooked, another a bit bumpy, but I'm sure they would fix it if I cared to go back and ask. Got a new gel set.

Management reached out & Hira gave me a fix with a complete new set of shellac and a pedicure at no cost. I appreciate management reaching out and making everything better.

I paid just over $70 for a pedicure which is including tip. I was booked an hour and they took 35 minutes on me. I got white gel shellac which has never been a problem and I feel like is a pretty normal modern trend. The white on my toes are bumpy, I’ve never seen or gotten white shellac like this. For $70 I felt very ripped off, especially knowing the time I was booked for and they still chose to work fast on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucy is so meticulous with her work. She takes so much time and care to make sure everything is perfect. My eyelashes look natural (I often get asked what mascara I use) and easily last 3 weeks between fills. And I have never had another technician be so precise with my nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Lucy for a couple of years now.. Her work is incredible! Always meticulous and willing to accommodate appointment times! She’s a perfectionist.
Also, I brought my adult daughter along last time for a pedi and she raved about how it was the best pedicure that she has ever had. Thanks Mai! She will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many other "high-end" nail salons that over charge you for great ambiance but poor quality. I prefer to get my nails done at Phamtastic as they do a great job and have good prices. I've left other salons with heavy acrylic bricks on my fingernails, but at Phamtastic they use a high-quality gel which make my nails look thin and elegant. I also get all my waxing services done here as it's always quick and painless! Would highly recommend!
