★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lady did a highlight for my mom a couple days ago. Joanne told me its $85 for highlight on the root since her hair is short but instead my mom had to pay $125. The lady had no idea how to highlight. She made my mom hair look like orange and yellow and light brown. She took a whole bunch of hair on the top of my mom head to highlight then underneath its all black. She didn't do it evenly. Your suppose to highlight my whole head and not half of my head. I thought Joanne would do my mom hair but it wasn't her. My mom legit had to go back to her own hair dresser at yi ling place to fix her hair. All my mom wanted was a highlight to cover her white hair. I thought I could trust the review but I was wrong and same thought as my mom. we never coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joanne gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. I absolutely love it! Overall the experience was perfect. Great head massage while she washed my hair, and she cut and styled it quickly and for a great price. You have to try this hidden gem!
