β β β β β Drove an hour to get here (it's friday), after calling on Wednesday to confirm details, to be told they were closed for inventory and had apparently left a voicemail 2 weeks ago. There was no mention of my appointment being rescheduled when I spoke to them on Wednesday.

After dealing with the fantastic Faith, in the O2 division, I turned to the equally fantastic Svetlana, in the CPAP side of things.
Thank you, Faith and Svetlana! You turned a frightening experience into something manageable.

β β β β β I started my sleep apnea machine one year ago. I was serviced by Sveltlana Vernigora who was very professional and patient. She helped me do the sleep apnea test first, and how to set the machine up. My score was very high, so I had to buy a machine. Sveltlana walked me through the different decisions, and let me try on the nose only covered and the nose and mouth covered combination mask. She told me how to clean the equipment, change the filter and how long the parts last before replacement. She also got me set up with a warranty. Sveltana goes beyond the normal call of duty.

β β β β β I recently switched to VItalAire Healthcare to manage my sleep apnea condition. Svetlana, the respiratory technician, is extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. Svetlana answered all of my questions and provided additional tips on cleaning the CPAP machine and options to improve my treatment. I'm very pleased with the service provided and look forward to working with VitalAire Healthcare go forward.

β β β β β This location was absolutely AMAZING. I had to work the night shift and go to Calgary by bus the next morning for surgery the following day. Long story short, while I was packing up my CPAP to bring with me, my cat got a hold of the nasal mask and very quickly turned it in to an expensive chew toy. Now I needed an emergency replacement mask, but couldn't get it in Lethbridge before the bus left. VitalAire contacted this location and they were able to get me one to pick up that afternoon. Yeah!! Gets better. I also somehow misplaced the invoice needed to submit to insurance for reimbursement. The amazing staff went through their invoice copies, found it, and emailed me a copy, all while contacting me to let me know what was going on. This location really went above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone in Calgary needing O2 or CPAP. They're great!

β β β β β My husband and I, we'd tried a few other clinics before we came to VitalAire Healthcare. And we never had such amazing experience! Svetlana took such good care of us. They are lucky to have such a dedicated and caring employee. Svetlana was so patient teaching us how to use our new CPAP machines. She went over the steps to use machine and no question was ever left unanswered. She pre-programmed and re-programmed these machines like a true wizard in her field! Svetlana always answers our calls and is very kind, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The entire office couldnβt have been more accommodating. A real pleasure dealing with such dedicated, professional people.

β β β β β All these companies are trying to run like doctors offices... which they are not. I have been on CPAP for years and I do appreciate their attention to detail, however, if I am just picking supplies up, please just get it to me. Stop messing around with appointments. I really hate that they are not straight forward in their dealings. So high marks for my initial visit, but low marks for actively trying to milk my time and money.
