Love this clinic. It's always very accommodating and never a long wait time. I can usually get in to see my dr next day which is frg.

Can never get an appointment to see our family physician! My daughter needs a refill on her prescription and we can't get in! Tried last week and also tried this morning. After being on hold for 15 minutes I gave up! Thinking of finding a new doctor that we can actually see!

Never a negative experience in the 10years or so I've been going here. If your doc is unavailable they try their best to fit you in with another doc at the clinic. Very professional and helpful.

Excellent medical staff and nurses. Spends adequate time with you. Receptionist is helpful and accommodating but has a slight accent and wears a hijab which might prejudice a few against her. If your doctor is fully booked or unavailable, she will offer you alternatives . GPs will refer to specialists where warranted and are prompt with arranging for Imaging diagnostics and other testing. The parking is not free but my health is worth $6 OR I can park at a nearby mall and walk 2 blocks. Health care is not free, taxpayers pay for it. Don't abuse it

Being charged for parking is less than ideal especially when the doctors are running so late you walk out because there is no respect for your time. Front desk staff showed no concern that I didn't want to wait for an undetermined amount of time. I'm looking for a new family doc.

After 30 years of being a patient to a doctor that has decided to retire I have been made inactive how ridiculous and to put icing on the cake this clinic wishes to charge me to access my files because I no longer have a doctor figure that one out ….our world is upside down

It took me five years to get a doctor, and was finally relieved when I got a call from FPCC. However, after 8 years I got a letter in the mail stating our doctor was leaving the province. No help in finding a replacement, just find one yourself. Really disappointed that the clinic did no work in helping those patients now needing care but being abandoned. I can't wait another 5 years on a list for a new doctor.

Good enough when my doctor was there, but when he left, abandoning his practice and there was no one willing to pick up his patients, they then charge for transferring medical records to your new doctor. So, abandoned, no help in finding a new doctor, and then a financial hit to move on. I can understand charging to transfer medical records when a patient leaves voluntarily, but this is pure greed, or total lack of empathy and responsibility. Watch out for these folks. After receiving their reply (below), I contacted them with a fuller description of what I am upset about and why (being quite civil about it, I think), and then ... nothing! No acknowledgement, no reply, no counter offer, nothing I guess their concern for their bottom line trumps all, even patient relations.
