I can't begin to say how disappointed I am at the service here. The initial visit seemed ok, however once I took the list of producers home to review it, things went totally down hill. When I called in to sign up with a producer, the Calgary based educator was on holidays for several weeks, and the Educator I was referred to in Edmonton couldn't help because my prescription wasn't put on file, Their head office finally got things straightened out, and my prescription was sent to Aphria. After two weeks I received a letter from Aphria saying they couldn't accept it due to business reasons. Thankfully Aphria sent me a copy of my prescription which I sent to Canntrust, but due to the low THC level the doctor prescribed, (-9%) they only had one product I could order which was CBD oil. I need CBD for daytime to be alert at work and THC for night time for pain relief so that I can sleep. When I called head office again, I was informed that nobody was available in the Calgary office due to holidays yet again....oh great, here we go again! They did transfer me over to a different educator, who said I only need CBD for pain relief any how and that he couldn't help further. (CBD oil isn't good for night time use as it would keep me awake, and I need to be able to work in the morning.) So it's a month since my first visit I have no product, and there is no one in the Calgary office to assist. Total runaround, with poor service. I cannot recommend this clinic at all.

Dr.Imran Sumar is an amazing doctor. He took his time and was extremely knowledgable And professional. Also the staff are very good too. Came all the way from Newfoundland and was blown away by how professional they are. Highly recommended! Thanks Dr. Sumar!!

I’ve been working w this clinic since legalization, Doc is kind and caring. He actually cares about patients. I’m fighting a rare brain tumour using cbdoil. I feel so much stronger, lungs r better than ever. Allow a good hour for the appointment especially first time around, it takes time to go threw the paper work. Thanks doc & beautiful staff who’s super kind and educated on Cannibus
