The issue that we have even though Rapid Test & Trace knew we were traveling to the US (and should have some general understanding of requirements) they still took our money and gave us 72 hour PCS tests even though the policy changed in December (last time we travelled in Nov we used them). We had to spend an additional $160 at the airport because the PCR's were not within the 24h required. I get the policy changed in December but if the company knows the regulations and where their customers are going they should take the initiative to educate - not just take the money and leave their customers with worthless tests.

No update regarding shipping delays. I opened a chat, was told my order would ship the week of the 27th. Now Jan 1 and nothing. I don't doubt demand has been huge, I don't doubt that there are factors outside their control. But communication is atrocious and setting the expectation that tests would be received by Christmas and then not providing a push update when this clearly wasn't going to happen is totally irresponsible.

K	KRB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Ordered rapid tests in December, was told it would ship mid January but received them in mid February. By now, places have been giving them away for free and I paid $80 for these 5 tests back in December.
L	Lauren Lake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam. Never EVER use this service. Paid for 3 tests and had appointments scheduled for before our flight. Nobody ever showed up to any of the virtual appointments. We missed our flight and our trip to Disney. I will be reporting this business.
N	Natacha Ruffieux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered tests in early January and requested a cancellation before receiving confirmation of shipment and was advised that I couldn't cancel the order as they have shipped. Because I insisted then my order was rushed and shipped and product which is set to expire within 2 months was shipped to me. Customer service is the worst and will not assist. They gave me a 25% discount - that's bull. The product was OVER priced to begin with considering its being handed out at grocery stores for free now. I should be able to return and get a full refund for the product. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase from this company. This should be shut down for selling over priced product and shipping product that is set to expire right away. They are as bad as ticket scalpers out on the streets. I had to pick a star for the review but if I was able to, it would have been no stars.

February 1 2022, I received half my order. End of February I received the rest of my order. 3 stars for fulfilling my order but took 2 months to complete it without explanation.
