Experience with physicians in the healthcare system is not always up to par; however the doctor here seems to care and is informative. I had a basic scratch allergy test done and it was a very comfortable and simple process. I did not react to anything other than the control which is an intentional histamine reaction for you to see what to expect if you are allergic to a substance, environmental allergen, pet or food. They only test “common” allergens - meaning foods are limited. I only had 8 tested. The appointment took at most, 30 minutes and everyone was punctual. The clinic offers various other tests and the doctor is informative about what your options are. Would be comfortable returning to this clinic. You do have to pay for parking here which is the standard absurd fee of $4.50 per hour, but this doesn’t have anything to do with the clinic itself. They do suggest allowing a full hour for the appointment and most tests you will have to pay out of pocket fees that are not covered by Alberta health for the supplies used. This varies, mine was around $45.

Dr Hadi was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Would highly recommend his office. I was very promptly seen by the nurse and doctor, and everyone was friendly with me.

From front desk service with booking, wait time between checking in and seeing Dr Hadi to his knowledge, responses, suggestion, empathy - I think I can keep going! I have not had such experience at doctors’ offices lately and very grateful to Dr. Hadi and his team! Wonderful people.

Dr. Hadi was very punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, & the two nurses I saw were fantastic also. they all took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.
