B	Brittney T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: it wasn’t a rude comment. It was my honest truth about dealing with this clinic. I won’t be back so you won’t be able to assist me. I have since gone to a different allergy clinic, who has been wonderful to deal with. Also don’t lie about payment. I know what I did so don’t accuse someone of lying, or maybe take it up with your office staff. Because clearly it’s a big confusion every time I had ever gone to that clinic. After having an appointment I found out I needed allergy shots. I called and spoke with a receptionist twice and told her I was coming to pay for them. She didn't mention they moved clinics. I drove to the location to find out they moved across the city. I drive to the new location and pay for the shots, they tell me the shots will be ready in 1 month. "She also said thats its the clients job to figure out where the clinic is". I call back 3 months later, and they didn't apologize they just said they will order them now. I finally get a call that they are in and I should go pick them up. I drive there to find out they moved locations again. I then have to drive across the city again. Finally when I thought I would never have to deal with this clinic again! They email and telling me my serum is in and I need to arrange Payment. I never ordered anything. All this clinic was, was a pain in my butt! Next time I need to get more shots I will be going else where. Everytime they move they don't have a receptionist working and the mailbox is full. Awful customer service. The shots were $600 dollars and I thought I should be getting a little better service then I did.

I had a question after his appointment, and I was called back and everything that i was concerned about was explained in great detail. Also they were very good with my son, as he was scared.
A	Ash F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Original review in 2018] - This place is extremely terribly managed. They cancelled on me twice to rebook because the doctor was unable to make my apt. I finally got an apt that worked (took the morning off work) and when I got here the nurse said we couldn’t do the test because I had taken Claritin this week. No one in the 3-4 times I spoke with a receptionist about rescheduling did they mention ANYTHING about allergy pills and how long before the apt I was not allowed to take any. Complete waste of my time given I had to take the morning off work for this. Terribly managed, terrible reviews, just not surprised. Don’t go here. Find another place. It’s not worth your time and money. [Adding a follow up on 2/2/2022] - Management, I think the fact that it took you 3 YEARS to respond to this review speaks volumes. I'm still not surprised your average rating is 2.6 stars. I actually went back and looked at the documentation sent to us via email after booking and there was actually no mention of what you're claiming. Further evidence of terrible management and a business that needs vast improvement. Best of luck to you in the future!

I had my first appointment and they did the test for all the different allergens as I have been having lots of issues with my eyes. I'll give my one star to this lady as she was super nice. The doctor came in and talked to me, handed me a bunch of literature and said he would give me a few different prescriptions to see if it helps and I should come back in two months and see if my symptoms were better. I went in today for my follow up and he greeted me with "what can we help you with today", as if I had never been there. The rest of the appointment continued to go down hill. He didn't know anything about my file, he literally kept guessing what was on my file until I had to re-explain what I told him the first time I was there. He suggested an allergy shot, I asked if it was ok to get that and continue on with the other meds he gave me and he said hmmmm I don't know. But we could always try and see what happens. SERIOUSLY. Then I asked well do you think that it will help my situation and he said hard to say, it won't kick in for like 8months. At the end of the 4 1/2min follow up appointment, he basically walked away and told me to go back to my eye doctor and see if they can help me. I would not recommend this clinic at all to anyone!! UPDATE: And 2years later, finally a reply to my review. Great follow up!!

I was a bit worried after reading these reviews but they were able to get her in quickly so I decided to go anyway. The team was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the experience.

It was also wheelchair accessible with an accessible parking stall located in the parking lot behind the clinic and a ramp. I also really appreciated the consideration and care of the Dr. as he called to follow up on my test results and make sure that things were improving with my condition - along with forwarding the results to my family physician. I have a rare condition alongside my asthma and allergies and he was very patient and willing to consider and learn about my disease and consider what treatments would work best with it in mind.
