★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place traps you into paying more than any student will be able to afford, while making it seem like a very affordable home. There is no privacy as staff and maintenance come and go as they please. The management seem hellbent on making people's lives miserable, for the sake of their own benefit. The positive reviews are almost entirely made up, or from people who stayed as an Airbnb guest. Do not come here, unless you want to get legally robbed, violated, and disrespected as a tenant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are Students of either University of Calgary or SAIT, then you would want to consider The Hub Calgary. This is a newly built apartment (commissioned in 2020 I guess) with beautiful lounge, gaming room, central laundry, etc. I paid a friend, who is one of the residents, a visit and boom!!! The Apartment is quite affordable.
Demerit:- I learned Students with kids aren't welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a pleasant experience at the hub. The move in process was made so easy and everyone at the front desk was so helpful. The apartments are true to the pictures if not better. I definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a great place to live. I'm new to Calgary and this place came with everything i needed and made the process so easy. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely an awesome place to live in! Has great amenities - all the appliances are top of the line and everyone here is great! Security is amazing as well. Recommend it for any students looking for places to stay. (They even had a free Perogie day!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER STAY IN THIS APARTMENT! I stayed there for 6 months and my utilities bills are over 1000! I spend 2 days cleaning and disinfecting every coner but they still won’t give full money back ! She was like oh we need to repaint this and that! Ofcourse I used the apartment for 6 months and I can’t give back perfectly! There is nota single paint crack, just because they wanna repaint it! They deducted from my deposit!
I WILL NEVER ENCOURAGE ANYBODY TO STAY THERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for a year and I do not recommend this place. Not safe, unprofessional staff, unreasonably high utility bill. The building also flooded 3 times that I have witnessed. Only good parts were the nice and hardworking cleaning staff and the study rooms. Out of all concerns, I wish they took tenants’ safety more seriously. So grateful I moved out of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to live, it is near all essentials especially if you are a student at the U of C. I have lived here for a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely helpful, all the amenities are kept updated, the apartments have new appliance and clean. I will definitely miss living here, quite affordable and I would like to say a huge thank you to Flora, you are awesome!
