McDonald's - Calgary

I ordered through the app for the first time today. When I arrived, it was super slow to be made, it's almost always been faster in person. Once I got it and left, I checked the order, and the happy meals were wrong, so I went in and changed the toys to books, as I'd ordered. Got back out to the car and realized they'd forgotten an entire sandwich. Got home after fixing that, and they'd forgotten the sauces for the happy meals. And the double quarter pounder patties were burned. Not sure what's going on with this, for one thing I'll not bother with ordering through the app again, it saved me zero time, which I thought would have been the point.

The service was good we just got coffee and a shake which were good so ill give that a 4 Star, But there was a guy panhandling right by where the menu was out side in the drive thru, The lady infront of us told the first person at the window and she didn't seem to care, its not good for service when people do that and the establishment doesn't do anything about it. They shouldn't let that happen you shouldn't feel sketched out in the drive thru not knowing what is gonna happen, especially when kids are in the vehicle. I know you can't control every situation but maybe the "Managers" should do a walk around to make sure there customers are not getting harassed.

Food was hot and tasty. But the restaurant and furniture was dirty. There was very noticeable garbage laying around everywhere. And a sticky like grease film. Restaurant 101, clean dining room and bathroom signals a clean kitchen.

I do snow removal at the building beside. The sign on the door says the inside opens daily at 5am.. Yesterday we was there and it was 445. I asked to go to the washroom.m she said it was closed.. fine I get it. Drove to three other places who all told me I couldn't use their bathrooms.. drive back to this McDonald's, it's now 5:05am. The same lady tells me again they are not open when clearly the sign says 5 am. They all need training. The food at 5 am is always stale, ike they cooked it an hour before. Check it out if your super hungry but there's much better restaurants near by.

This McDonald's has a lot of traffic so food is usually fresh. It's situated in a busy area connecting to 16 avenue and near Sait. It also opens late which I went one time and found my food to be hot. Overall, a consistent experience one would expect from McDonald's.

Hands down best coffee in Calgary. After my move from the NW I was never able to find another McDonald’s in Calgary to compare. I will always make the stop for the caffeine at this specific facility if I’m in the area, and sometimes will drive out of my way for a cup. Thanks for putting the extra effort into the Joe here. It’s truly the best!!

Very fast service got my order seconds after I ordered it. I am always confident to go to at this location without any complain. I am always proud of the staff as they always maintain the cleanliness of their location and they are always friendly to all of the customer. They all treat the customers fair and equal. I will recommend this to my co worker, family and friends.

My 3 Son's and I stopped in to get something to eat before my eldest Son's flag football game on Sunday. We made a $51 dollar order from one of the touch tablets inside. Inside the restaurant wasn't busy as there were about 2 or 3 tables being used inside besides us. Two smaller orders that were purchased after us were given out first. In a drive through, you don't give the guy three cars back, who only ordered a coffee, his order first. It especially shouldn't be this way inside the restaurant either. On top of this, the staff was prioritizing drive thru and mobile orders. Finally, and I am not exaggerating 15 minutes later our order was ready. Worst of all the East Indian Male Manager who served our food never asked to see our Vaccine identification and ID. We had our ID out ready to present, as it's a Bylaw and there are signs on the plexi glass pick up window inside the restaurant asking for it. I said to him you can get a $500 fine for not making sure. He seemed too busy to care. We went and sat down. We had to go up and ask for a missing HF Sundae, ketchup and a spoon. Of course it took three trips back up to the counter cause we noticed at different times in the meal. 15 min and missing items is unacceptable. I took a picture of the uninspiring Sundae that was served to us. The cup is not filled up. On top of this, the restaurant wasn't clean. Tables where customers left food containers on tables were left there the entire 30 min we ate. Several tables had not been cleaned in I would guess hours. All focused is put on the kitchen and not running a facility. We never saw any staff member attempt to clean the entire time we were there. The washroom looked like it hadn't been attended to in hours.
