★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get a very snobby vibe from the Australian girl working there. I asked her if they have a certain drink and she replied saying “if it’s not on the menu then obviously not”. I am also on medication where I can’t have regular espresso and NEED to have it decaf. I had to throw away half my drink after realizing it wasn’t decaf.
This place doesn’t get your order right more often than not and the vibes are so snobby and rude. I’m a barista that enjoys checking out other coffee shops but this one I would never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An eclectic little cafe with good coffee and pastries made in house. Someone busted their window for no reason recently so any fresh business helps a lot,
I have added a star because they are not responsible for the horrible street signage when the street cleaning happens, I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weeds is my favourite local cafe! I love the lattes, but lately I’ve been going for their chai tea lattes. They have the best! Also, their bagels are incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh. Nothing special. Food/drinks are good, just like they've always been. But the vibe is a little snobby, like it's always been. I guess it depends on what you value in an establishment. I still have a soft spot for this cafe given that it's the neighborhood cafe, but I've never really felt welcome no matter how many times I've gone back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their berry banana kale smoothie was spectacular!! Lots of outlets and seats, and there's a cozy second room in the back. Good Cafe to hangout or get work done with yummy food options and character to boot. 5 stars:))

The staff are super friendly and hilarious, the food is delicious, and the two rooms each have great atmosphere but are quite different from one another; conventional table and chairs in one room and couches/plants/piano in the other. They always play great music as well. I'm currently recording a new album and I brought the other two musicians and the audio engineer here for lunch today, and they loved the place! Congratulations on having weathered the worst of the pandemic (hopefully), and I'll bring you a complementary copy of the album when we're done in case you are looking for more music to play occasionally (and if you have a CD player in the building).

My great experience with their staff always encourages me to try their delicious menu.
