K	KJ E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semi dissapointing: WHAT I LIKED: -Free breakfast was great! Genuine buffet that looked to be freshly cooked. They weren't providing those microwaved egg patties or thin bacon slices like many other hotels do. - staff were okay and we had a comfortable sleep WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE -The (cold) pool was closed 50% of the time we were there (4 nights) and the hot tub was closed 100% of the time -Pool/hot tub open times are not great 9am-9pm... I feel like it should be open till 10 or 11pm - rooms weren't very big, particularly the bathroom, very cramped and we're kind of depressing. Dark colours and the use of white lights. For a hotel that actively promotes to hospital patients, I feel like rooms should be warm and inviting - apparently you have the ability to use your own Netflix account on your TV, which is awesome, but I wasn't notified of this till I checked out. - late checkout was requested and approved by front desk (1pm), but we we're constantly bothered by cleaning staff at or before 11am. At 12:58 we again got a knock on our door, just as we were loading up our trolly in the room.... Never been so pressured to leave. I always enjoy the old courtyard styled hotels, with the pool and restaurant in the middle. But unfortunately, I will not be returning.
A	Aaron Gregson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here due to the proximity to the foothills hospital. Staff were amazing and compassionate. Hotel is quiet and the kids enjoyed the salt water pool. Also the mattresses were very comfortable, probably some of the best hotel mattresses we have slept in for a while, Chromecast in each room is a nice touch.
S	Some Random Chick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really go over and beyond here for customer service! Best customer service experience that I have ever had. Rooms were very clean and nice. Comfortable beds. A nice pool too! Close to a lot of good restaurants
C	Chad Foulston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hivan at customer service is very rude and very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again due to her ignorance. I booked a queen bed and tub for a get away for my gfs birthday. Upon arrival I was informed that there were no queen beds and no tub available. We were placed into the corner of the hotel with a handicapped accessible shower that leaked all over the floor and the elevator was right outside our room. This made for a very loud weekend with no sleep. I was charged full rate for this stay and was not giving the contract I paid for. There was no offer of compensation for the lack of organization due to over booking and giving our room away that I booked in ADVANCE. I have stayed at best westerns loyally for 10 years. I will be looking for a new loyal hotel to live in for work. Step up your game best western this was the worst stay ever in a best western Hotel. I 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend this hotel. it's worth driving across the city to stay in another best western.✌️

This was my first hotel I stayed in Canada and it did not disappoint! I’ve stayed at numerous U.S. hotels and they do not compare. They have some genuine Canadian hospitality. Their hot breakfast buffet was very good. The service was good and I love that they have underground heated parking. The room was clean, and spacious. I love how huge the hotel was and the pool/hot tub combo. 5/5 would definitely look into coming back again!

I loved the hot tub and pool and really appreciated the room service and restaurant inside the hotel. Great food for great value! Very close to the train station which is super convenient. Will stay again for sure!
R	Roxy S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Very convenient to have balcony access directly to the outside. Plenty of stair options or the elevator. Fitness centre equipped with doubles of everything. The breakfast has excellent options. I wish there were more walkable options for dining nearby, but otherwise the location is good (and excellent if you're going to McMahon stadium).
S	S Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here with a co-worker and the shared room for business and pleasure after work hours. What a place! One of the best Best Westerns I've been to yet. I've been caught up with Wyndham Hotels from years pass but this takes the cake for a business trip. Continued- 1 day later So the sleep was awesome and the breakfast a full continental and a lot of choice which has the pork selection rotating daily. The hot tub was nice after work but I feel the jets aren't as strong to pound my back muscles as I would like (subjective). It was relaxing after working on the field despite that. In the rooms they have the standard help the environment hanger. (Leave your towels hung to keep and on the floor for change over). The rooms are well made and cleaned everyday thus far and as I mention earlier I felt rested/ fresh to work (I am on ropes on day). The staff is friendly and you can say hello & good morning and they will answer back if they aren't busy (I'm not going to bother someone just to get a greeting back it's mutual). Overall the front lobby sums up the stay well and it's equal to checking a restroom before sitting and eating at a dine in.
