★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gross , dirty and crawling...and that was just the comforter..i had already run the gauntlet..the rude, dishonest, woman at the front desk,..the key and lock that didn't work together....the odor that I can't get out of nostrils.. and lots more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the love of God and all things holy, what terrible circumstances occured to make the ENTIRE floor sticky? Not a spot, but the entire floor (carpet AND tile!). It was the worst game of "the floor is lava" I've ever played.
At least the upstairs neighbor tried to help us out at 2AM by flooding their bathtub so it overflowed and came into our room. A+ for effort and intent, but C- for execution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't want to go there and stay, they want to much for damage deposit $100 then room $93.50 thats for single room, that's not very clean! There was water damage all over the ceiling, cracked window there very rude in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with the rest of these people. Absolutely the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at. There were small hairs all over the bathroom and shower everywhere. This was about a month ago when sanitization protocol should have been at their highest. The blankets also felt very creepy crawly.
I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and great affordable pricing. Accommodation were surprisingly clean and comparable to most higher end hotels I've stayed in. All these other negative reviews are surprising which is why I'm leaving this one. Haters gonna hate... But my experience at Banff Trail was very positive. THANK YOU BANFF TRAIL FOR YOUR FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local family owned & operated motel, friendly owners & good prices. Some units have a fridge & full kitchen sink. Conveniently located, near north hill mall & highway #1. Comfortable beds & clean. Reasonably priced & lots of parking. Quiet & decent for the price, & owners are welcoming & friendly. The owner, Sukhi, is very kind & accommodating, I think a lot of the bad reviews are from people that don’t respect the fact that this is a friendly family business & not a place to party. Respect them & in return, you will receive respect. They are very patient & kind to every guest that comes & treat you like family.
