Really great food and a fun vibe. Would of been 5 stars but its a bit understaffed and is waited by two guys who double as bartenders. Not their fault. Would reccomend

This is a great little place to go for a meal or a quick beer. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone seem to enjoy what they had.

If anyone is coming to this place, I found out the hard way that the online menu is OUTDATED. I ordered the Supreme beef dip, which comes with onions, mushrooms and banana peppers (online) but the in house menu has that as a "Philly it up" for an extra $3. For starters the "new" beef dip is not worth $16. $12, yes. $16? No. The amount of beef on that bun... I had to rearrange the meat just to get a piece in every bite. My guess is they made the "philly" to raise their prices without actually raising their prices. I will say the au jus is delicious. Probably one of the best I have had in the city. But good au jus can't save an over priced, sandwich big enough to feed a kid. I was honestly shocked when the waitress told me this was the "new" beef dip.i think the words that came out of my mouth were "how is this worth $16?" I'm pretty sure you get more beef at Arby's than what was on this sandwich. On a side note, this place needs to heat their soup longer. French onion soup should be near boiling when served. Mine came out Luke warm but after waiting an hour for our meal I wasn't about to send it back. For context, our soup's Swiss cheese was melted but I've never seen a French onion soup that looked like a skating rink. My partner ordered the Shepard pie, which is supposed to be cooked in some sauce. His was pretty dry with mashed potatoes that taste like they've been in the fridge a few days. Not surprising considering how much beef was in my sandwich. They must be hurting if they can't provide a decent amount of beef. A bird also told me to mention that the online hours of this place are super outdated as well. I have no idea how a company can go through this pandemic and not have accurate online information... these days business relies on the internet for people to read your menu before they even come in the door. I certainly wouldn't have come to this place had their menu been accurate. But maybe that is how they are succeeding these days... if you can't make it with honesty, just fake it to bring in the suckers.

More like 2.5 stars but 2 seemed a little harsh. Anyways, I came here twice since I was staying at a hotel nearby. I actually liked how it looked inside. Had "character" while still having enough of a modern touch to not feel run down or outdated. Didn't feel too "cold" and didn't feel too "dirty", just cozy right in the middle. The girl working did a great job, as it was quite busy when I came in. She was patient, checked on me often, and got anything I needed. She was pleasant and seemed liked a hard worker. Would certainly come back here even just to have some drinks. Steak sandwich, veggies, and stuffed yorkies: This was a decent meal for decent value. The Steak looked small at first, but it was pretty thick. Bread was just whatever. Stuffed yorkies were a really cool, unique appetizer. Just a tad on the dry side. Veggies were okay, just bland. Needed a little melted butter or some kind of sauce or seasoning. Jerk chicken sandwich, soup, and salad: The sandwich was good enough, aside from the lettuce being all wilted. I'm just not convinced it was much better than similar chicken sandwiches that cost $8. The soup tasted identical to the same soup at Boston Pizza, and I assume countless other restaurants. I did inquire about the soup before ordering it. I wish I had known, so I could have spent my money on something better. Salad - seemed soggy and I kept getting weird off tastes. Overall I didn't really want to eat it. I asked for a water and the water tasted pretty nasty which was bizzare. I got another one, and that one tasted okay. I tried both the desserts, and both of them were actually delicious. And big enough for two people to share. I almost want to say this was my favourite part. Overall a reasonable spot to relax and knock a few back, but perhaps I'll just stick to appetizers. The food was a bit too mediocre to rack up a big bill on.

Food was great. French onion soup was hearty and delicious. Not as hot enough. I would recommend next time extra cheese. Service was great. Beet was cold. Great little spot.:)
