★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a rip off .. if I could give no stars I would ordered fish an d chips through Skip the dishes ..the fish piece was very tiny, fries soggy and coleslaw salad very small with no dressing. Never again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the new owners and what they did to this place in terms of food quality...The pieces of fish you get here with the meals are *SMALL.... The quality of food at this location has deteriorated so much, it's not even worth coming here anymore. This is what happens when people are constantly cutting corners on quality ...
If you get a 2 piece at other locations, get a 3 piece here - and even that will probably not satisfy you, since the Pollock fillets they serve here are so tiny...And that's if you want to take a chance coming to this location.
I'll be staying with the Crowfoot location, and maybe the Macleod Tr JOEY'S if I am in the south...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a fine experience, this is the place. Anyone saying the fish and chips are the best has not tried elsewhere. This is the second fish and trips place I've tried and it's far inferior to trawlers. The tartar sauce and fries are pretty good, but the shrimp feast is terrible and the fish is mediocre at best. The coconut shrimp was very good, but I feel no better than other coconut shrimps I've had.

Asthetically a little bare but nice enough service, fries were either a touch overdone or cooked in older oil which is the only reason for the lost star.
Eat hearty friends!

Portions were huge!
