Purchased a new machine there 11 months ago and the lady working helped me make a good choice based on budget and need.

I needed a blue dot bobbin holder for my machine - which was bought on line as the store did not carry what I want, Cheryl (sp) went out of her way to make sure that I got the right tool for my machine, bring it from the south store as well - beyond what I’ve asked - great works & thank you - their threads are priced reasonable as well - definitely will be back

Unreliable and irresponsible. Employees would place the blame on my side for their mistakes, even goin so far as the "manager" saying he would "fire me" for being rude to his employees when the most I did was inquire when my machine would be ready. (I was originally told it would take 2-3 weeks to be done, but after 2 weeks the mechanic hadn't even looked at it. I ended up waiting for 5 weeks to get my machine fixed.) I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone, ever!!!

Piss Poor Service - it seems that whoever owns this company has never invested any time or training it is teaching its workers customer service. Spent over 20 minutes waiting for service while the old woman behind the counter chatted the day away with an equally elderly client who didn't seem to even want to buy anything. Not exaggerating, arrived at 1:55 in the afternoon still at 2:20 p.m. and not even been spoken to, greeted or welcomed. Really hope they are not relying on sales to keep this company's head above water because we're taking our purchase of three machines elsewhere.

Went in to get a thread and a seam ripper and the lady was very nice and willing to help. Made a great first impression of the store. I'm not a sewing professional but I'd say there are a good selection of Pfaff and Singer accessories. Some of the sewing tools(not machines) are a little pricey but that might be normal.

Loved the store and Cheryl . Very personable. The Serger class I took , a different opinion. Lighting in the work area , terrible. Could hardly see. Very difficult to thread my machine. Instructor was pleasant enough, but class - difficult. Who says " turn to your manual and thread your machine "? The whole first lesson was like this. She had her lesson plan written out and we were to follow it. Hardly any verbal instruction. Granted, we all had different machines, but for someone who knew very little about my machine , I found it very intimidating. Second class was better after i had done a LOT of homework and viewing of online videos. Someone with less fortitude would have walked out the door. For a newbie, Very intimidating.

I have never been disappointed with either the staff or the product purchased here. The staff are extremely helpful, no matter the nature of my question with my embroidery matchine, serger, thread, classes or anything else. I was recently there with my 93 year old mother, who was interested in purchasing a sewing machine. She had specific requirements - had to be easy to use, not to expensive, and light weight. We were offered a number of choices and settled on one, brought it home, and, after having not sewed anything in 30+ years, she picked up right where she left off. Thanks for all your help and support!

While the purchase experience was great, 3 years later the Phaff machine needed repair from my 2 year old tripping on the peddle while climbing on my lap. I'm not overly impressed with how the plug was connected to the machine but these things happen. I was however shocked when I brought it in for repair and was told that it would take a month! 1 month to reattach the female portion of the pedal plug in? that was so poorly attached that a 2 year old climbing on my lap could break it! I'm really disappointed.
