About My Sewing Room
The practical Trolley is very sturdy and perfectly suited when you are en route. The long zipper opens the front for comfortable loading and unloading of the machine. The inner and outer pockets provide a lot of space for accessories. Due to the robust wheels and the retractable telescope handle, the full Trolley can be pulled comfortably. The sideway handles allow a convenient loading and unloading of the trolley. Also, a separate wrap protects the accessory boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write one after the terrible customer service I received today at this store. I am new to sewing and have heard great things about this store and wanted to check it out for myself. I was very excited to get help/advice on starting my first quilt however every staff member here was less than helpful- actually they were condescending, rude and abrupt. I went to another sewing store closeby and was treated with kindness and they were very helpful and walked me through everything. Do not recommend coming here if you are a beginner sewer or anyone else for that matter. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I followed my friend to Spruce Meadows Fabric fair in 2018. I did not sew or quilt at that particular time. At the end of the day the only thing I had in my hand was catalogue of classes offered at this store. I was impressed at the many classes available. I signed up for the beginner quilt class. Since then I have bought 2 sewing machines from them, and now hubby got into making quilts, so he too has bought a machine from this company..
I like how the staff and instructors have made me feel comfortable, in an area I knew nothing about. They have answered many questions to ensure I was comfortable with my sewing machines (which I also appreciate the instruction video's they provide on YouTube).
What an amazing selection of fabrics, books, and notions!! On everyone of my visits someone is helping me to find a particular notion, offering suggestions for fabric selection, or having a friendly chat with the staff
This is my go to quilt shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super knowledgeable. The nicest lady helped me pick out my first embroidery machine, she let me try it, gave me a quick lesson on how to use it, and went through all the parts with me. I will be embroidering names onto dog bandanas, and I am so excited to start! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for the repair department with a broken machine. The gentleman who was repairing machines was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Even though, I wasn't looking for anything else that day, I wandered through the store as it was my first time there. There was tons of staff there to help if needed. They asked if I needed assistance and were happy to just let me browse. They had a great selection of everything you could need from machines to fabric to notions. I will definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to take a moment to write about my wonderful experience with My Sewing Room. I called mid-week and spoke with Betty on the phone about creating a fat quarter pack of some lovely new fabric for my Mom's upcoming birthday. She was very helpful with making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was SO surprised and happy when I went in to pick up the fabric to see that is was packaged beautifully - A LOT prettier than I would have been able to do. It was clear there was a lot of time and effort put into it and I found that very sweet and thoughtful. The fabric is gorgeous and my mom LOVED it. Thank you so much! :)
