Terrible customer service On hold in voice mail hell for 40 min. They then come on line, take your money but....oh we cant book your appointment yet, no on is at the clinic. The add ABSOLUTELY no value to the exercise

Appointment was changed without notice. Client time isn’t valued. Added 2 hours of driving time across town plus another hour for new appointment. Very frustrating. Booking resources seem very unorganized with many inefficiencies.

I’ve been to 2 other testing centers for work. The staff at this one are by far the most rude and cold I’ve experienced. You would’ve thought I was a criminal the way they treat their clients here.

The gal at the McLeod Calgary location was FANTASTIC (Oct 28, 15:20). She's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet which makes peeing in a cup while she stands on the other side of the door much more pleasant! Mahalo

The person conducting the testing was nice and professional but I found the front desk staff to have very poor customer service and was very abrasive. I found the booking agent curt and not particularly helpful when I was booking, but my experience at the location in Acadia was worse. My colleague and I had back to back appointments for D&A (8:40am and 8:50am). My colleague needed to go to the bathroom so I asked the front desk attendant whether it would be possible for me to swap my appointment with him, so he could go in 10 mins earlier. She shot back at my colleague that "YOU HAVE TO HOLD IT!!" She was short and aggressive with her responses when I asked her some follow-up questions. This was completely unprovoked. My experience with other agencies, like DriverCheck and SureHire have been much more pleasant. I would recommend against Can-Am if they don't have enough sense to have professional hires.

On hold for 45 minutes, tried the "call back" they didn't call back, someone left a message on my cell phone, had to turn the volume up to 37 on my car stereo just to hear a slight whisper of a voice saying something, but couldn't understand, must have had the mic on their headset on top of their head. Such very poor service, it's shocking anyone uses them.

As a business trying to work with these clowns in terrible. Workers can get in a tested easily, however their admin staff couldn't organize the forks and knives in a cutlery drawer. As a business you need your third party services to enhance your business not, diminish it and eat up your time with 100s of confirmation emails and phone calls that they ignore and just repeat 3 weeks later. Best decision we made was switching away from this business.
