★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here a couple of times, most recently this past week. It’s a nice concept but this store is so beyond stuffed full of stuff that I literally had to lift my stroller over items just to get into the store! The pricing makes no sense, I’m not paying $25 for a used snow suit that I can buy brand new for slightly more $$$. I’ve found items with stains or rips, even though the website clearly states that they do not accept items of that sort. The selling process, the one time I did it was frustrating. I was told they couldn’t go through my items the first time because I was 15 minutes late to my appointment time, which was more than fair BUT when I went back for my rescheduled appointment a gentleman came in as I was bringing my bin in who didn’t have an appointment and they accepted his bin. They were unable to go through my items when I arrived, I was told when booking that they would do it when I dropped off my bin, it was many hours later around closing that I was finally contacted.
Please make space for people to shop, bins everywhere and a tiny opening to get though just past the front door is very hazardous for your customers.
ETA-My selling experience is from about a year ago when the store was doing appointments instead of first come first serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time going here - and honestly, it was overwhelming. I think maybe this is the typical "vibe" for this type of place but clearly I'm not a frequent consignment shopper. The aisles are sorted but man are they full. Lots and lots and lots. We purchased about 8 items and of them one had no tag (but thanks to shopping with a toddler we avoided a melt down by having her check the price at the counter). They seemed really busy - and like I said, they have a ton of stuff... I just don't know if I'll be back. If I do go back, I'll definitely go without my kids - it was just too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an item go missing from my Box that i dropped off, wasn't on my itemized receipt and I never got it back, they weren't able to find it...after asking questions about it trying to figure out the mystery, i then was accused of me thinking that they stole it...called me out in front of everyone! Wow, I never once came to that conclusion and thanks for embarrassing me...instead of helping me trying to figure it out. Was extremely disheartening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had a great experience on this store today with the help of that lady "wearing light green top/shirt". I honestly don't know her name but my receipt says "MDB". How I wish I would know her name so I can mention her on this post. Here it goes, I was in line to return a couple of items that I bought yesterday and replace it with a bigger size but unfortunately there's only one cashier available and the lady in front of me bought tons of items. Of course it will take a long time to punch all of it and I was a little bit in a rush. I was patiently waiting, and then suddenly "MDB" called me, (I guess she knew it) so instead of letting me wait for so long, she just called me and helped me right away (since I am the one next in line). I know it's just a simple gesture, but for me it means a lot. Since I got lots of stuff to accomplish that day. For me it is a very good example of "great customer service". Good job to you MDB (lady wearing light green top/shirt)!!! You're an angel!!! Keep it up!!! I will definitely come back to this store to buy more stuff...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things a new parent quick realizes- Babies go through clothing sizes at the speed of light and toys are only fun for a while before they move onto other thing. This means your place is cluttered with tons of baby stuff and it’s so far away from being environmentally friendly. This awesome hidden gem of a place solves all the problems above. Friendly and helpful staff, good selection of gears, books, toys and clothes- what else can one ask for? Thank you for running a nice store. I appreciate you.
