The first set came in as expected but weren't comfortable either, and the next set were the last pair available and I wasn't called to say they arrived.. So I went to M**** and the pair I ordered online from the store seem to be great.

John held the pair of boots for me while I thought on it and was super accommodating. Customer service was friendly and efficient! The boots I bought here were much cheaper, lighter, and more comfortable than the ones from Mark's. Would recommend checking these guys out for sure!

The customer service is great and the gentleman working there really knows his stuff about the products they sell. I find they have a better selection of higher quality work boots than the competition.

M	M R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of timberland boots from here paid 349.99 for them. Not even 1 month later the material around the toe of my boot is peeling off. It is blue in color instead of black now. I don't even do crazy work. I cut trees. In a bucket. The most that happens there is a leaf hits my boot. I was told as soon as I wear these boots that there is no chance of return/refund. Will not be buying boots from here again due to this reason.

The only downside is the selection is very small and compared to some big box work wear stores. But like I said they’ll have what your looking for but probably not in the brand you thought you were coming in for.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will go to this store or their north store every time before i shop at Marks. They also offer a discount to union members if you show them your membership card, highly recommend shopping here!! South store is full of great products, the gentleman in the store informed me that the north store is a bit larger and offers more stock/inventory of certain items. Whatever you need, i bet one of the locations will have what you are looking for??
