★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, and customer care. The lady helping was just so helpful and knowledgeable about the boots, it was my third visit to the store and I currently have two pairs (one CSA approved and one casual) and was looking for motorbike riding boots.
Possibly the best service I've had in Calgary from any store and the boots are just incredible. I recommend them to everyone who asks about work boots-and in fairness everyone in the oil patch has pretty much the same comments as me.
Keep up the great work and don't loose the incredible company ethos and quality and attitude you have amongst your staff.

I had a very specific budget and between Afrah and Graeme they found me the perfect pair of Viberg Boots to fit the budget.

Although I always find there staff to get sour if u mention red wings I was telling my mother while I was in store on how redwings screwed them and opened all there own canadian stores and the lady couldn't stop trying to interrupt me. I then bought some suspenders redheart brand and they had a defect where one of buckles was upside down.

Owners response was just so poor I had to edit and give 1 star.. this place is just the worst, make up more excuses for poor customer service.

First visit I bought a pair of Canada West Work boots then returned in the spring for a pair of Keen hiking boots and most recently purchased a pair of Keen winter boots. Afrah’s product knowledge is amazing and it’s nice to know when paying so much for a pair of boots you’re getting a quality product that meets your specific needs and will last a long time.
